  Absolutely shocking, placed an order no food recieved chased after an 1hr of waiting to be told they have never received the order despite me providing them the ref No No refund offered and difficult to get processed Never ever using them again and I will spead the word 😡

  Waited over a hour to be called and stated the order is cancelled had to travel to them to collect pizza and pizzas had not even been made- awful service

  Looking at other reviews we had the same shocking service. Ordered via the website for home delivery (nothing about issues delivering and website accepted order), over 2 hours later nothing. Called to chase and was told my order was CANCELLED as they couldn't deliver due to weather which at this point had mostly disappeared. So as a paying customer I had to call up to be told this. Could they not be bothered to call their customers to inform? This is what paying £60 gets you at this branch. Order at your own risk from this branch but never again from Papa Johns as a whole for us.

  Made an order online on Friday 9th January at a cost of just over £45. The online tracking system didn't seem to be working so I phoned the store to make sure my order had been received, I was told it had been received and would be delivered. After a wait of around an hour and a half my order still hasn't been delivered so I phoned the store again to find out where my order was. I was then told it had been cancelled as they couldn't deliver. They didn't phone me to tell me this, I had to find out by phoning them. I then ask for a refund only to be told I had to contact head office and it would take me 4-5 days to receive a refund. Absolutely shocking service, if I could leave zero stars I would. I will be contacting head office for a refund and also be making a complaint about the awful service. Order from this store at your peril!!!
